His career spans every facet of the industry—property owner, manager, developer, attorney, receiver, and managing agent—giving him unmatched perspective on how to maximize asset value and deliver strong ROI for investors.

As Principal and CEO of WestCal Management, Michael oversees the management of more than 6,000 apartment units and commercial properties throughout the Sacramento region and beyond. His leadership blends strategic vision with a hands-on approach, ensuring that WestCal remains a trusted partner for property owners and investors.

Michael also personally owns and manages apartment communities and an office complex, reinforcing his owner’s mindset in every client relationship.
