Should you wish to decline at initial eligibility, you will always retain the option to participate every January and July thereafter assuming you keep your hours at or above 20 per week.

Once you accumulate $2,000 in your account, you have the option to take a loan against your 401K fund. Minimum loans of $1000 are available, up to one-half of your account balance. Loans are repaid by payroll deduction at prime plus 1% interest.

When you leave employment with Westcal, depending on your balance, you may roll the funds into an individual investment account without penalty.
