Brenda Morgan
Brenda Morgan has been involved in real estate management for 10 years. She began her career as an Assistant Property Manager with Con Am in 1989, then moved on to work for the Natoma Company in 1992 as a Multi-Family Residential Property Manager.
This position led to a natural transition to Residential Property Manager for Westcal in 1999, where she now manages the majority of Westcal's residential properties in Sacramento and Woodland.
Brenda is a licensed real estate agent specializing in the Sacramento area. She is a certified Manager of Housing with the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM).
In her 10 years of real estate management, Brenda has dealt with the rehabilitation of foreclosed properties through receivership and sales to new clients. Beyond her management of luxury A-end properties, Brenda has also been responsible for staffing, human resources, marketing, and client contract negotiations. She has worked closely with the Rental Housing Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Office of Fair Housing and Employment.
Before working in real estate, Brenda was in customer services in the electronics industry for 15 years.
