Cheryl Mattison
Cheryl Mattison has been involved in real estate management for 19 years. As an analyst at The Irvine Company, she acquired a thorough understanding of the legal documentation involved in managing shopping centers, office buildings, industrial centers and ground leases.
The position lead to a natural transition to property manager for Jaeger Development in Beverly Hills, where she managed 500,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
Cheryl joined Capital Investment Properties to manage their
portfolio and develop a viable fee management company and
a full service maintenance division.
Cheryl left in 1990 to join Woodmont Real Estate Services as Vice-President and establish the Sacramento regional office. Her regional office's real estate portfolio grew to more than two million square feet of commercial space and 1,200 multi-family units within two years. Simultaneously, she supervised a four person staff, managed commercial real estate, multi-family units, and on a project oriented basis performed asset acquisition, disposition analysis and due diligence.
Cheryl rejoined Westcal in 1998 to assist with the management of the Westcal portfolio. Cheryl is a licensed real estate agent and a Certified Property Manager.
