Michael Force
Michael Force has been involved in real estate for 25 years as an owner, manager, consultant, developer, attorney, receiver and managing agent. He is a licensed broker in California and an attorney in Oregon.
Mr. Force's professional designations include a J.D. degree from Willamette University School of Law, a B.S. in Business Administration, the CPM (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (Sacramento Chapter and National), the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the Oregon State Bar.
Prior to moving to California in 1991 to become a principal in Westcal/Pacific Cities in Sacramento, Mr. Force was the executive vice president for a Seattle based management company which managed over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and over 5,000 residential units. He was also an officer in Benchmark Construction, which developed and built apartments ranging in size from 16 units to 110 units in the greater Seattle area.
Previously he was the attorney in charge of real estate and
insurance for a $1,000,000,000 retailer in the Northwest and
owner and counsel for real estate and construction companies.
